Grass-fed beef is typically leaner than conventionally raised beef, and higher in vitamins A and E, omega-3 fatty acids, and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). These nutrients have been linked to including improved heart health, reduced inflammation, and improved brain function.

1. ORDER
You can order a quarter, half, or whole cow. Pay the deposit and then we will send an order form to select a mix box of cuts or custom options.
2. AGING
Once we receive the order, we start prepping your beef. We cold hang for 45 days bone in to maximize tenderness.
3. CUT & WRAP
Prices include cutting and wrapping your beef in our licensed facility. Boxes are made with all your grass fed beef ready to go.
4. DELIVERY
We deliver your grass-fed whole cow anywhere in the lower mainland (Vancouver to Chilliwack) when it’s ready.
