While grass-only fed is an option, the grain finish remains a popular choice among connoisseurs.

Because of the premium diet the fat in our beef is white instead of the typical yellow you find at a grocery store.

Our premium beef is raised until the perfect balance of maturity and optical weight. This ensures your beef is tender and doesn’t have unnecessary weight loss during de-boning.

Payment Info

$400 is for the deposit. The remainder will be due at delivery. A total weight and timeline will be available after non-refundable deposit is paid.

Storage Requirements: Prepare your freezer for a delectable experience, as you’ll need approximately 1 cubic meter of space.
